Artiano and Wilson Win Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

Partners Ray Artiano and Lesa Wilson successfully defended Braille Institute of America, a non-profit organization offering services to individuals with vision disabilities, against a former employee who brought suit alleging among other things discrimination, failure to accommodate, harassment, retaliation, constructive discharge, violations of the California Family Rights Acts and intentional infliction of emotional distress. After a nine-day trial, the jury rendered a defense verdict for Braille Institute on all causes of action.
