Pate and Wade Defend Public Works Lawsuit Against Dehesa School District

Partners, William C. Pate, and Jeffrey P. Wade,Jr. successfully defended a lawsuit brought by contractor Southwest Engineering Inc. The suit sought additional compensation for work on a pipeline extension project along Dehesa Road in El Cajon, California. The District cross-complained for alleged violations of the California False Claims Act. The matter subsequently settled for a waiver of costs with no monetary recovery by the contractor.
