Artiano and Wilson Win Sexual Harassment and Retaliation Case

Partners Ray Artiano and Lesa Wilson won a sexual harassment and retaliation suit on behalf of the San Diego Community College District. The plaintiff, Majeda Nasrawi, an employee of the San Diego Community College District, brought forth a lawsuit alleging that she was sexually harassed by her supervisor. She also claimed that she was retaliated against after complaining of the sexual harassment. After a four week trial, Artiano and Wilson received a defense verdict from the jury.
